摘 要:探讨了4种化合物萘酐酰胺(NAXA)、萘酐酰胺季铵盐(NAJA)、肉桂酰胺(RGXA)和肉桂酰胺季铵盐(RGJA)在不同浓度下对稗草种子萌发、生根及根系活力的影响。结果显示,30 mg/L的肉桂酰胺对稗草种子发芽率达到87%,较对照组(CK)提高30.63%,且其对稗草种子的主根、侧根和茎高的促进率均在27%以上。而30 mg/L的萘酐酰胺和萘酐酰胺季铵盐两种化合物对稗草种子的茎高促进率分别达到50.12%和62.12%。同时通过对照根尖亚显微结构和实物图,可以看出RGXA和NAXA化合物对稗草的根部有较强刺激作用,可见该文所用的RGXA和NAXA两种化合物在种子的萌发和生根上有一定的正促进作用。The effects of four compounds naphthalene anhydride amide(NAXA), naphthalic anhydride amide quaternary ammonium salt(NAJA), cinnamamide(RGXA) and cinnamamide quaternary ammonium salt(RGJA)on seed germination, rooting and root activity of barnyard grass under different concentrations are studied. The results show that the germination rate of barnyard grass seeds is 87% at 30 mg/L cinnamamide, which is 30.63%higher than that of control check(CK), and the promotion rates of main root, lateral root and stem height of barnyard grass seeds are more than 27%. The promotion rates of the stem height of barnyard grass seeds are 50.12% and 62.12% respectively by 30 mg/L naphthalene anhydride amide and naphthalene anhydride amide quaternary ammonium salt. At the same time, through the sub microstructure and physical map of the root tip, it can be seen that RGXA and NAXA compounds have a strong stimulating effect on the root of barnyard grass.Therefore, it can be considered that RGXA and NAXA compounds used in this paper have a certain positive promoting effect on seed germination and rooting.
