摘  要:硫化物、挥发酚和氰化物为地表水环境检测与评价的三项重要指标,使用QC8500型流动注射分析仪对地表水中硫化物,挥发酚和氰化物的校准曲线、检出限,精密度和准确度和加标回收率进行了测定。结果表明:硫化物、挥发酚和氰化物的校准曲线线性均大于0.999,检出限分别为0.0038 mg/L、0.24μg/L、0.48μg/L,相对标准偏差范围在0.14%~4.11%,加标回收率在90.2%~104.5%,均满足实验室的相关质量要求,该方法具有操作简单、分析速度快、准确性高等优点。Sulfide, volatile phenol and cyanide are three important indicators for surface water environment detection and evaluation. Calibration curve of sulfide, volatile phenol and cyanide in surface water using QC8500 flow injection analyzer Line, detection limit, precision, accuracy and spiked recovery were determined. The results show that: the linear calibration curves of sulfide, volatile phenol and cyanide were all greater than 0.999, and the detection limits were 0.0038 mg/L, 0.24 μg/L and 0.48 μg/L, respectively. The relative standard deviations ranged from 0.14% to 4.11%, and the recoveries ranged from 90.2% to 104.5%, all of which met the quality requirements of the laboratory. This method has the advantages of simple operation, fast analysis speed and high accuracy.
