摘 要:为研究冬凌草化学成分,利用溶剂提取法,正、反相硅胶柱层析和半制备高效液相色谱法对巴东冬凌草的乙酸乙酯提取物进行了分离纯化,最终分离得到8个化合物,包括4个三萜、2个木脂素和2个降倍半萜化合物。并结合理化性质及现代波谱分析技术鉴定了此8个化合物的结构,分别为:马斯里酸(1), 3-Isoarjunolic acid (2),常春藤皂苷元(3), 2α, 3α, 23-三羟基-熊果酸(4), Meso-secoisolariciresinol (5), Dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (6),(3S, 5R, 6S, 7E, 9ξ)-megastigmane-7-ene-3, 5, 6, 9-tetrol (7), blumenol A (8)。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。To study the chemical constituents of Rabdosia rubescens, the chemical constituents of Rabdosia rubescens were isolated and purified by solvent extraction method, the normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. As results, eight compounds, including four Triterpenoids, two lignans and two sesquiterpene were isolated from the ethanol extract of Rabdosia rubescens. they were identified as Maslinic acid(1), 3-Isoarjunolic acid(2), Hederagenin(3), 2α, 3α, 23-trihydroxyursolicacid(4), Meso-secoisolariciresinol(5), Dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(6),(3S, 5R, 6S, 7E, 9ξ)-megastigmane-7-ene-3, 5, 6, 9-tetrol(7), and blumenol A(8). All these compounds were isolated from Rabdosia rubescens for the first time.
