摘 要:对枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)njsd1发酵培养基及培养条件进行了优化,结果表明:njsd1菌株最适发酵培养基为可溶性淀粉20 g/L,酵母膏2 g/L,KH_(2)PO_(4)1g/L,KCl 1g/L,MgSO_(4)0.5 g/L,MnSO_(4)5.0 mg/L,CuSO_(4)0.16 mg/L,FeSO_(4)0.15 mg/L,NaCl 10 g/L;最适发酵培养条件为:接种量为5%,发酵时间为18 h,温度为30℃,pH值为7,转数为180 r/min。The fermentation medium and culture conditions of Bacillus subtilis njsd1 were optimized. The results showed that the optimal fermentation medium for njsd1 strain was soluble starch 20g/L, yeast extract 2 g/L, KH_(2)PO_(4)1g/L,KCl 1g/L,MgSO_(4)0.5 g/L,MnSO_(4)5.0 mg/L, CuSO_(4)0.16 mg/L,FeSO_(4)0.15 mg/L and NaCl 10g/L. The optimum fermentation conditions were as follows: inoculation volume was 5%;fermentation time was 18 h;temperature was 30℃;pH was 7, and revolution was 180 r/min.
