摘 要:为解决泰州市体育公园体育馆大跨度钢桁架圆形屋盖的施工难点问题,达到提质增效的目的,课题组综合应用有限元分析、BIM模拟分析和试验测量等方法,开发了大跨度钢桁架圆形屋盖“边部分段吊装+中部整体提升”施工技术。结果表明:因地制宜、分区施法且组织同步施工的工艺流程获得良好的施工效果,节省了施工总工期20 d;应用有限元分析控制“虚拟建造”全过程中的应力和变形,保证了施工安全性;BIM模拟分析工厂预拼装、分段吊装、整体提升等施工工艺,据此优化施工方案,提升了施工质量和进度;钢屋盖设置66个健康监测点,精确控制施工全过程的结构受力和变形,保证了工程施工质量和安全,为争创国家“鲁班奖”工程奠定良好的基础。In order to solve the construction difficulties of the large-span steel truss round roof of Taizhou Sports Park Gymnasium and achieve the goal of improving quality and efficiency, the research group has developed the construction technology of "side section lifting + middle overall lifting" of large-span steel truss round roof by comprehensively applying the methods of finite element analysis, BIM simulation analysis and test measurement. The results show that the technological process of adjusting measures to local conditions, zoning construction and the organization of synchronous construction has achieved good construction results and saved 20 days of the total construction period;Finite element analysis is applied to control the stress and deformation in the whole process of "virtual construction" to ensure construction safety;BIM simulated and analyzed the factory pre assembly, sectional lifting, overall lifting and other construction processes. The construction scheme was optimized to improve the construction quality and progress;66 health monitoring points are set for the steel roof to accurately control the structural stress and deformation during the whole construction process, which ensures the construction quality and safety, and lays a good foundation for the national "Luban Prize" project.
