摘  要:精矿喷嘴作为铜闪速炉核心设备,其结构与性能对炉料的混合及反应过程有显著的影响。紫金铜业闪速炉通过对精矿喷嘴进行了改造,优化了铜精矿在反应塔中分布情况,在相同条件下对新喷嘴和CJD喷嘴结构下的闪速熔炼过程进行仿真计算和实际应用。精矿喷嘴改造后削弱了物料在反应塔内部反应的物料偏析,强化了反应过程,降低了闪速炉烟尘发生率,取得了较好的成效。在本文主要介绍喷嘴优化方面的主要内容及取得的效果。As the core equipment of copper flash furnace, the structure and performance of concentrate burner have significant effect on the mixing and reaction process of the materials in the furnace.The distribution of copper concentrate in the reactor was optimized by reforming the concentrate burner in the flash furnace of Zijin Copper. Under the same conditions, the simulation calculation and practical application of the flash smelting process with the new burner and the CJD burner structure were carried out. The reformation of concentrate burner weakens the segregation of materials in the reaction tower, strengthens the reaction process, reduces the incidence of dust in the flash furnace, and achieves good results. In this paper, the main content of burner optimization and the results obtained are introduced.
