摘  要:矿山竖井作为提升人员、运输物料的主要井口,承担着整个矿山安全生产“咽喉”的重任。竖井提升系统的安全保障尤为重要,是整个矿山企业安全管理的一个重点。竖井提升系统使用的主要设备包括提升机、井架、天轮、钢丝绳、连接装置、提升容器井筒导向装置、井口和井底的承接装置、阻车器、安全门以及信号装置等。竖井提升系统主要设备相应配套了与之匹配的竖井安全防坠装置,严防竖井坠落事故的发生。本文通过对单绳罐笼防坠器和过卷(过放)缓冲装置技术要求、检查维护、试验方法及点检项目等方面的知识介绍和阐述分析,总结出矿山竖井安全防坠装置维护和管理的经验,对矿山企业竖井提升系统安全防坠管理以及推动建设本质安全型生产矿山具有一定的指导和借鉴作用。Mine shaft, as the main wellhead for personnel promotion and material transportation, bears the responsibility of the whole mine safety production "throat". The safety guarantee of shaft lifting system is particularly important, which is a key point of the safety management of the whole mining enterprise. The main equipment used in the shaft lifting system includes hoist, derrick, crown wheel, wire rope, connecting device, lifting vessel shaft guide device, wellhead and bottom receiving device, car blocking device, safety door and signal device, etc. The main equipment of the shaft lifting system is matched with the shaft safety anti-falling device to prevent the occurrence of the shaft falling accident. In this paper, through the introduction and analysis of the technical requirements, inspection and maintenance, test methods and point inspection items of the single rope cage anti-falling device and over-winding(over-release) buffer device, summed up the mine shaft safety anti-falling device maintenance and management experience. It has certain guidance and reference for safety and anti-fall management of shaft lifting system in mining enterprises and promoting construction of intrinsically safe production mines.
