摘  要:将氯酸钠添加到盐酸中,可以让氰化金泥中铅、铜、金等元素被氧化,并进入到溶液中,银元素变为氯化银沉积在渣中。通过酸浸除杂,Fe以及Pb脱除率超出90%,Cu投出率保持在60%左右;通过氯盐浸出,金氯化率可以超出99%。通过亚钠还原,海绵金的品位可以超出99.99%,对金粉洗涤烘干铸锭,金锭满足IC-Au99.99标准要求,1#金直收率超出90%。Adding sodium chlorate to hydrochloric acid can oxidize the elements such as lead, copper and gold in cyanide gold mud and enter the solution. The silver element turns into silver chloride and deposits in the slag. By acid leaching,the removal rates of Fe and Pb exceeded 90%, and the Cu release rate remained about 60%;Through chloride leaching, the gold chlorination rate can exceed 99%. Through sodium sulfite reduction, the direct yield of gold exceeds 90%, and the grade of sponge gold can exceed 99.99%. The gold powder is washed and dried to cast ingots, and the gold ingots meet the requirements of ic-au99.99 standard.
