稀土在建筑铝型材中的应用研究

摘　　要：当前我国铝型材市场中的产品以建筑铝型材为主,但是从实际上来看,其应用效果难以令人满意,为了提升建筑铝型材的质量以及应用效果,可以选择将稀土适量加入到其中,所以首先应该明确建筑铝型材的基本情况,之后按照相应的步骤合理制备稀土铝型材,再开展挤压实验,并研究稀土-6063铝合金挤压型氧化着色膜性能,最后确认稀土在建筑铝型材中的应用效果良好,以供参考。At present, the products in the aluminum profile market in China are mainly architectural aluminum profiles,but in fact, its application effect is not satisfactory. In order to improve the quality and application effect of architectural aluminum profiles, an appropriate amount of rare earth can be added to them. Therefore, the basic situation of architectural aluminum profiles should be clarified first, then the rare earth aluminum profiles should be reasonably prepared according to the corresponding steps, and then the extrusion experiment should be carried out, The properties of rare earth 6063 aluminum alloy extruded oxide coloring film were studied. Finally, the application effect of rare earth in building aluminum profiles was confirmed to be good for reference.
