摘　　要：在工业发展过程中,难免会出现危险作业情况,必须优化工艺,从源头杜绝危险。铝水浇注液面高度自动控制设备,其包括一个处理器,一个调节驱动器,和一个与该杆塞相连的调节驱动器,该处理器还与激光测距机和旁路驱动器相连,旁路驱动器与固定混合炉相连,与已有技术相比较,其安全性、自动化程度都有所增高,同时保证铝锭质量可控制,可节省时间、人力,达到降低生产成本和方便易行的目的,造福生产市场。In the process of industrial development, it is inevitable that dangerous operations will occur, so the process must be optimized to eliminate the danger from the source. The automatic control equipment for liquid level height of molten aluminum pouring includes a processor, a regulating driver, and a regulating driver connected with the rod plug. The processor is also connected with the laser range finder and the bypass driver. The bypass driver is connected with the fixed mixing furnace.Compared with the existing technology, its safety and automation are improved, and the quality of aluminum ingots can be controlled, saving time and manpower, The purpose of reducing production cost and making it convenient is to benefit the production market.
