摘  要:目前,国内制备紫色氧化钨的主要工艺方法是以仲钨酸铵(APT)为原料,将其置于通有NH_(3)的工业回转炉中煅烧而制得。本文基于上述仲钨酸铵煅烧过程中的反应机理,探究了工业回转炉中通入H_(2)煅烧仲钨酸铵制备紫色氧化钨的工艺方法,并对影响紫色氧化钨质量的主要工艺参数进行了分析。结果表明,采用工业回转炉中通入H_(2)煅烧仲钨酸铵制备紫色氧化钨的工艺方法,可实现稳定连续地生产优质紫色氧化钨。此外,针对以上两种工艺方法的适用性方面,本文亦对其进行了相关的探讨。At present, the domestic preparation of violet tungsten oxide generally requires calcining ammonium paratungstate(APT) in an industrial rotary furnace aerated with NH_(3). In this paper, based on the reaction mechanism of the APT calcination process, the process of preparing violet tungsten oxide by calcining APT in an industrial rotary furnace aerated with H_(2) is discussed and the main technological parameters affecting the quality of violet tungsten oxide are analyzed.The results reveal that the process of preparing violet tungsten oxide by calcining APT in an industrial rotary furnace aerated with H_(2) can produce high-quality violet tungsten oxide in a stable and continuous manner. In addition, the applicability of the above two process methods is also discussed in this paper.
