摘 要:铝型材表面加工中的封孔工艺是影响铝表面质量、装饰效果和寿命的重要因素,因为铝及其铝合金的阳极氧化膜中有许多细小的封孔,目前很多铝型材加工企业采用的封孔方法不但封孔费用高、合格率低,而且容易出现各种不良现象。主要原因是配方不合理,或者是因为生产过程管理不到位。本文针对建筑铝型材常温封孔工艺管理进行分析,总结常见影响因素,并且提出相应的控制策略,确保建筑铝型材的封孔质量水平全面提高,满足建筑行业的发展要求。The sealing process in the surface processing of aluminum profiles is an important factor affecting the surface quality, decorative effect and service life of aluminum, because there are many small sealing holes in the anodic oxidation film of aluminum and its alloy. At present, many aluminum profile processing enterprises adopt the sealing method, which not only has high sealing cost and low qualification rate, but also is prone to various adverse phenomena. The main reason is that the formula is unreasonable or the production process management is not in place. In this paper, the normal temperature sealing process management of building aluminum profiles is analyzed, the common influencing factors are summarized, and the corresponding control strategies are put forward to ensure that the sealing quality level of building aluminum profiles is comprehensively improved and meet the development requirements of the construction industry.
