摘 要:粉末涂装技术不需要溶剂,具有污染少,节约资源,减轻劳动强度,提高涂膜强度等优势,因此粉末喷涂行业快速发展,并且在建筑、交通等诸多领域被广泛应用。目前我国喷涂业主要采取静电喷涂法、流化床涂装法、静电流化床法、静电振荡法、粉末电泳法和火焰喷涂法等高能量的喷涂法。由于涉及大量的易燃易爆品,大量引火源、空气、可燃粉末可在瞬间引起爆炸,很容易引发事故。为此必须加强对粉末涂装技术进行深入分析,确保合理应用,保证安全生产。Powder coating technology does not need solvents, and has the advantages of less pollution, saving resources,reducing labor intensity, improving film strength, etc. Therefore, the powder coating industry has developed rapidly and is widely used in many fields such as construction, transportation, etc. At present, China’s spraying industry mainly adopts highenergy spraying methods such as electrostatic spraying, fluidized bed coating, electrostatic fluidized bed coating, electrostatic oscillation, powder electrophoresis and flame spraying. As a large number of inflammables and explosives are involved, a large number of ignition sources, air and combustible powder can cause explosion in an instant, which is easy to cause accidents.Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the in-depth analysis of powder coating technology to ensure rational application and safe production.
