摘 要:通过以不同用量的废弃烧结页岩砖粉生产的再生水泥制作混凝土试件,研究废弃烧结页岩砖粉再生水泥对混凝土的坍落度、立方体抗压强度、干燥收缩性能和微观结构的影响。试验表明,废弃烧结页岩砖粉水泥对混凝土的坍落度,会随着废弃烧结页岩砖粉的用量增加而呈现下降趋势;在立方体抗压强度方面,当废弃烧结页岩砖粉用量增加时,混凝土立方体抗压强度降低,当废弃烧结页岩砖粉用量达到15%时,强度降低率为22.22%;同时,废弃烧结页岩砖粉用量也会影响混凝土的干燥收缩性能,干燥收缩率会随着废弃烧结页岩砖粉用量的增加而降低。在微观结构方面,利用废弃烧结页岩砖粉制备的再生水泥,当达到28 d龄期时,可以看见明显的水化凝胶,说明利用废弃烧结页岩砖粉制备再生水泥的方案具有理论可行性。The effects of recycled cement produced from waste sintered shale brick powder on slumps, cubic compressive strength, drying shrinkage and microstructure of concrete were studied by using recycled cement produced from waste sintered shale brick powder as concrete samples in different dosage. Experiments show that the slumps of cement to concrete of waste sintered shale brick powder will decrease with the increase of the amount of waste sintered brick powder. In terms of the compressive strength of concrete cube, when the amount of waste sintered shale brick powder increases, the compressive strength of concrete cube decreases. When the amount of waste sintered shale brick powder reaches 15%, the strength reduction rate is 22.22%. At the same time, the amount of waste sintered shale brick powder also affects the drying shrinkage of concrete, and the drying shrinkage rate decreases with the increase of the amount of waste sintered shale brick powder. In terms of microstructure, obvious hydration gel can be seen when the recycled cement prepared by waste sintered shale brick powder reaches the age of 28 days, indicating that the scheme of preparing recycled cement by waste sintered shale brick powder has theoretical feasibility.
