粒化高炉矿渣粉在外墙涂料中的应用研究

摘　　要：为了对工业废渣进行二次利用,减少环境压力,创造经济价值,保护环境,对矿渣粉(S95、S105)用作水性外墙涂料的填料进行研究。结果发现矿渣粉与高岭土混合会产生大量气泡,与钛白粉结合不但提高光泽度而且减少了涂料表面杂质,由此得出矿渣粉在水性涂料的相关应用中可以与其他传统填料混合作为新型填料,依据国标对制备的矿渣粉涂料进行性能测试,其耐水性、耐碱性、耐冻融性均符合国家标准,考虑用矿渣粉代替传统填料,为矿渣粉的有效利用开辟新途径。In order to re-use industrial waste residues, reduce environmental pressure, create economic value, and protect the environment, the use of slag powder(S95, S105) as a filler for water-based exterior wall coatings has been studied. It was found that the mixing of slag powder and kaolin would produce a large number of bubbles. The combination of slag powder and kaolin not only improved the gloss but also reduced the surface impurities of the coating. It was concluded that the slag powder can be mixed with other traditional fillers as a new type of filler in the related applications of water-based coatings. According to the national standard, the prepared slag powder coating was tested for its water resistance, alkali resistance, and freeze-thaw resistance, all in line with national standards. Consider using slag powder instead of traditional fillers to open up new ways for the effective use of slag powder.
