摘  要:为探索材用香樟优树的嫁接技术,获取最佳嫁接条件。试验利用不同木质化程度、不同品系的材用香樟优树接穗,采取不同嫁接方式,嫁接在不同年龄和不同高度的普通香樟砧木上,观测了香樟嫁接苗存活率及新梢长度的差异。结果表明:(1)材用香樟优树接穗分别在木质化和半木质化状态下,香樟嫁接苗存活率相应为30.5%和43.8%,新梢长度相应为15.8 cm和19.9 cm。(2)从材用香樟优树品系永安优3#上采集的接穗对香樟嫁接苗存活率及新梢长度效果最好。(3)经正交试验后,综合考虑最有利于材用香樟嫁接苗存活率及新梢长度的嫁接组合是嫁接高度(15~30 cm)+砧木年龄(3a)+半木质化程度接穗+永安优3#接穗+切接方式。获取的最佳嫁接条件可为营建材用香樟种子园及良种选育提供技术支持。This paper aims to explore the grafting technology of C. camphora tree and obtain the best grafting conditions. In this experiment, the scions of Camphor superior trees with different lignification degrees and different strains were grafted on common C. camphora rootstocks of different ages and heights by different grafting methods. The survival rate of C. camphora grafted seedlings and the difference of shoot length were observed. The results show that(1) When the scion of C. camphora superior tree was lignified and semi-lignified respectively, the survival rates of grafted seedlings were 30.5% and 43.8% respectively. The corresponding shoot length was 15.8cm and 19.9cm.(2) The scions collected from the superior C. camphora tree line Yonganyou 3# had the best effect on the survival rate of C. camphora grafted seedlings and the length of new shoots.(3) After the orthogonal test, the grafting combination that is most conducive to the survival rate and the length of new shoot is grafting height(15~30 cm)+ rootstock age(3A)+ scion with half lignification degree + Yonganyou 3# scion + cutting method. The best obtained grafting conditions will provide technical support for C. camphora seed orchard and improved seed breeding for building materials.
