摘  要:采用鹅掌楸种子播种培育芽苗,进行了不同移栽时期(种子发芽出苗第2 d、第4 d、第6 d、第8 d、第10 d)成活率比较试验和芽苗不同移栽密度(株行距15 cm×20 cm、20 cm×20 cm、20 cm×25 cm)苗木生长效果比较试验,结果表明:鹅掌楸播种芽苗移栽时期在种子发芽出苗后第2~4 d移栽效果最好,成活率分别达97.3%、94.7%,随着移栽时间的延迟,成活率逐渐降低;移栽密度以株行距20 cm×20 cm最为适宜,苗木总体生长较均衡,平均合格苗率、平均合格苗产量最高,分别达89.3%、0.893万株/666.7 m^(2),苗木的平均地径、平均苗高、平均主根长度、≥5 cm长Ⅰ级侧根平均条数分别达0.99 cm, 97.8 cm, 31.2 cm、9.7条/株。Liriodendron seeds were sown to cultivate seedlings. The comparison experiment of the survival rate in different transplanting periods(D2, D4, D6, D8, and D10 after the seed germination and seedling emergence) and the comparison experiment of seedling growth effect with different transplanting densities of seedlings(with a spacing in the rows and spacing between rows of 15 cm×20 cm, 20 cm×20 cm, and 20 cm×25 cm) were done. The results showed that the transplanting effect of Liriodendron seedlings was the best on D2~D4 after seed germination and seedling emergence. The survival rate was 97.3% and 94.7%, respectively. With the delay in transplanting time, the survival rate gradually decreased. The spacing in the rows and spacing between rows of 20 cm×20 cm was the most suitable transplanting density. The overall growth of seedlings was relatively balanced. The average qualified seedling rate and the average qualified seedling yield were the highest, which were 89.3% and 893,000 plants/666.7m^(2), respectively. The average ground diameter of seedlings was 0.99 cm;the average seedling height was 97.8 cm;the average length of the main root was 31.2 cm, and the average number of Grade I lateral roots whose length was equal to or greater than 5 cm was 9.7/plant.
