森林康养旅游者满意度影响因子实证研究

摘　　要：森林康养旅游目的地正在不断加快建设进程,但如何更好提高森林康养旅游者的满意度和忠诚度,值得更深层次探究。选取野三坡国家森林公园作为案例地进行实证研究,因子分析提取影响森林康养旅游者满意度的6个公共因子,逐步回归分析得出了3个对总体满意度的影响程度最大的公因子。从生态保护、开发改造、设施建设、服务体系等方面提出了建议。该研究在一定程度上弥补了学术界对于森林康养旅游者满意度研究的不足,为森林康养旅游目的地提高旅游者的满意度提供参考和借鉴。The construction process of forest recreation tourism is continuously accelerating the construction process. But how to better improve the satisfaction and loyalty of forest recreation tourists is worth deeper investigation. In this paper, Yesanpo National Forest Park is selected as the case site for empirical research. Factor analysis extracts six public factors that affect the satisfaction of forest recreation tourists, and stepwise regression analysis yields three public factors that have the greatest influence on the overall satisfaction. Suggestions are made in terms of ecological protection, development and transformation, facility construction, and service systems. To a certain extent, this study makes up for the lack of academic research on the satisfaction of forest recreation tourists, and provides reference for forest recreation tourism destinations to improve the tourists’ satisfaction.
