修井作业中井控装置试压问题的研究与解决

摘　　要：油气井在修井作业时,需要对井控装置及套管头进行试压,验证密封性符合要求。确保井控装置合格是预防井控险情的必要手段。目前现场主要采用手动打压泵+皮碗封隔器的组合试压方法,已不能满足对防喷器全封闸板试压和高压油气井试压的需求。对此,设计了一种可控压水力扩张式试压封隔器,并提出相应的试压方法,可以满足油气井试压的要求,并且保证修井作业井控安全。During the workover operation of oil well and gas well,it is necessary to test the pressure of the well control device and casing head to verify that the tightness meets the requirement.Ensuring that the well control device is qualified is a necessary means to prevent the danger of well control.At present,the combined pressure test method of manual press pump+leather bowl packer is mainly used on site,which can no longer meet the need of pressure test for full-sealing gate of blowout preventer and pressure test of high-pressure oil well and gas well.In this regard,a pressure-controllable hydraulic expanding type pressure test packer was designed,and the corresponding pressure test method was proposed,which can meet the requirement of oil well and gas well pressure test and ensure the safety of well control in workover operation.
