摘 要:采用ProCAST软件,对消失模阀体的铸造进行数值模拟,通过改进浇注系统,解决缩松、缩孔缺陷问题。在此基础上,基于Box-Behnken效应面法分析不同工艺条件下消失模阀体铸件的热裂缺陷倾向,研究浇注温度、真空度、浇注速度的最佳工艺参数组合。通过模拟得出,采用侧注式浇注系统,当浇注温度为1576℃,真空度为0.04 MPa,浇注速度为104 mm/s时,消失模阀体铸件的热裂倾向最小,并且不存在缩松、缩孔缺陷。ProCAST software was used to numerically simulate the casting of the valve body with lost pattern,and solve the defects like shrinkage porosity and shrinkage cavity by improving the runner system.On this basis,based on the Box-Behnken effect surface method,the hot cracking defect tendency of valve body casting with lost pattern under different process conditions was analyzed,and the optimal combination of casting temperature,vacuum degree and casting speed was studied.Through simulation,it is concluded that when side casting runner system is adopted and when the casting temperature is 1576℃,the vacuum degree is 0.04 MPa,and the casting speed is 104 mm/s,the hot cracking tendency of valve body casting with lost pattern is the smallest,and there is no shrinkage porosity and shrinkage cavity defects.
