摘　　要：蒸压釜广泛应用于建材行业,安全余压是一个重要参数。从压力、精度、温度三方面对压力变送器对蒸压釜安全余压的影响进行了分析,并给出单压力变送器方式和双压力变送器方式对应的安全余压与蒸压釜方案。Autoclave is widely used in the building material industry,and the safe residual pressure is an important parameter.The influence of pressure transmitter on the safe residual pressure of autoclave was analyzed from the aspects of pressure,accuracy and temperature,and the safe residual pressure and autoclave scheme corresponding to the single pressure transmitter mode and the double pressure transmitter mode were given.
