摘 要:研究了800 t汽车吊用直径25 mm,结构15×K7:IWRC(K)钢丝绳的国产化工艺。通过正交试验确定了主股的压实工艺,通过钢丝绳破断拉力试验确定了内外层绳捻角的匹配关系,通过抗旋转试验验证了设计方案的正确性。结果表明:新工艺抗旋转性能改进明显,拉力值达到欧洲2160 MPa水平,实现了汽车吊用进口钢丝绳的国产化。根据试制过程,提出了钢丝绳行业国产化研究需解决的4个问题。To study localization technology of wire rope with diameter 25 mm and structure of 15×K7:IWRC(K)for 800 t automobile crane.The compacting process of main strand was determined by orthogonal test,matching relation of lay Angle of inner and outer layers was determined by wire rope breaking tension test,correctness of design scheme was verified by anti-rotation test.Results show that the new process has improved anti-rotation performance significantly,tension value reaches the European level of 2160 MPa,which realizes localization of imported wire rope products for automobile crane.According to trial production process,four problems that need to be solved in research of wire rope industry localization is put forward.
