摘　　要：介绍WK-55型电铲主绷绳的研制及应用,重点阐述锌铝-稀土合金密封钢丝绳结构设计,锌铝-稀土合金圆丝、异型丝和绳的生产工艺以及关键技术指标的要求,并指出锌铝-稀土合金密封钢丝绳能有效提高WK-55型电铲主绷绳使用寿命。主绷绳结构规格为ZZZ+IWS-Φ101.6 mm锌铝-稀土合金密封钢丝绳,公称强度级为1570 MPa,具有表面平滑、密封性能好、破断拉力高、弹性模量大、耐腐蚀性强及良好的不旋转性能等优点。To introduce development and application of WK-55 type main tension rope for electric shovel.the structural design of zinc aluminum-rare earth alloy sealed steel wire rope,production process of zinc aluminum-rare earth alloy round wire,special-shaped wire and rope and requirements of key technical indexes are emphatically expounded,it is pointed out that zinc aluminum-rare earth alloy sealed wire rope can effectively improve service life of WK-55 type main tension rope electric shovel.The structure specification of main rope is ZZZ+IWS diameter 101.6 mm zinc aluminum-rare earth alloy sealed wire rope,nominal strength class is 1570 MPa,the utility model has advantages of smooth surface,good sealing performance,high broken force,large elastic modulus,strong corrosion resistance and good non-rotating performance.
