摘  要:针对淬火组织马氏体、贝氏体对ER50-6盘条拉拔性能的影响,对盘条冷却工艺进行研究。通过调整保温罩开闭等措施,进一步降低盘条出保温罩温度,降低了盘条在保温罩外发生相变的概率以及淬火组织等级。对该部分试验盘条进行取样检验,总计160个试样,仅一个试样出现M0.5级,其余全部为F+P组织。结果表明,工艺优化后盘条的淬火组织由M1.5、B2.0级,降低为M0.5级,全部符合内控要求,未出现拉拔断丝情况。Aiming at martensite and bainite influence in quenching structure on drawing property of ER50-6 wire rod,the cooling process of wire rod was studied.By adjusting opening and closing of insulation cover,the temperature of wire rod out of insulation cover is further reduced,and probability of phase transformation of wire rod outside insulation cover and quenching structure grade are reduced.This part of test wire rod was sampled for inspection.There were 160 samples in total,only one sample had M0.5 grade,and the rest were all F+P structures.The results show that quenching structure of wire rod after process optimization is reduced from M1.5 and B2.0 to M0.5,all of which meet internal control requirements,and there is no broken wire during drawing.
