摘　　要：PROFIBUS-DP现场总线通讯系统是1×15预应力钢绞线生产线电控系统的关键组成部分,但通讯中断故障频繁发生,由于缺乏有效解决方法,严重制约生产线的稳定运行和高效生产。基于系统的工作原理和结构特点,针对产生故障的原因,提出了一种比较实用、有效的解决方案。阐述了该方案的具体操作步骤,在维修实践中得到较好验证和推广,为确保生产线的稳定、高效运行发挥了积极作用。PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus communication system is key component of electronic control system of 1×15 prestressed steel strand production line.But communication interruption fault happened from time to time,coupled with lack of effective solutions,stable operation and highly efficient production of the production line have been severely restricted.Based on working principle and structure characteristics of the system,and for a number of reasons for failure,a more practical and effective solution has been offered,concrete steps of the scheme has been expounded.which have been well verified and popularized in maintenance practice,and play an active role in ensuring stable and efficient operation of production line.
