摘  要:针对飞轮储能系统单相并网时存在控制系统复杂、网侧电流三次谐波含量高等问题,提出一种基于陷波器的比例积分(PI)控制并网策略。首先通过并网控制策略对网侧电流三次谐波影响的机理进行分析,在电压环PI调节器之后,电流环参考值之前设计一个合适的陷波器,用来消除特定谐波;然后通过频域稳定的方法整定合适的PI控制器参数,实现闭环稳定,以达到提高系统稳定性及电网电能质量的目的。通过设计具体实例,在Matlab仿真平台中搭建了不同的PI双环控制策略模型,对比结果表明,采用所提方法设计并网控制策略时网侧电流谐波畸变率较低,且系统稳定性较好,验证了设计方法的可行性,为实际工程中飞轮储能单相并网控制策略设计提供了一定的理论依据。In view of the control system complexity and high third harmonic content of grid-side current in the single-phase grid-connected flywheel energy storage system,a proportional integral(PI)grid-connected control method based on notch is proposed.By analyzing the mechanism of the influence of grid-connected control strategy on the third harmonic of grid-side current,a suitable notch is designed after the PI regulator of voltage loop and before the reference value of current loop to eliminate the specific harmonic.The appropriate PI controller parameters are adjusted by the method of frequency domain stabilization to reach closed-loop stability,so as to improve system stability and power quality of the power grid.By the design of specific examples,different PI dual-loop control strategy model was built on the simulation platform Matlab.The comparison results show that the harmonic distortion rate of grid-side current is low and the system stability is good when the grid-connected control method designed by the proposed method is adopted,which verifies the feasibility of the designed method.The proposed strategy can provide a certain theoretical basis for the design of the single-phase grid-connected control method for flywheel energy storage in actual engineering.
