摘　　要：对人事管理系统的需求调研和分析后,发现当前市面上的同类系统功能单一,并不能满足人事管理的使用需求。针对实际需求,开发了一个操作简单且使用方便的管理系统,适应新时代发展的需要。系统采用浏览器/服务器模式(Browser/Server,B/S)为框架,使用MyEclipse开发语言,MySQL数据库进行数据库设计和实现,不仅节省企业大量的人力和物力资源,还提高了企业的经济效益。经过测试,设计系统总体达到了预期的目标。Based on the demand investigation and analysis of the personnel management system, it is found that the current similar systems in the market have single functions and can’t fully meet the needs of the unit for their use. This design project develops a management system with simple operation and convenient use to meet the needs of the development of the new era. The system adopts Browser/Server(B/S) design mode, MyEclipse development language and MySQL database for design and implementation. The system not only saves a lot of human and material resources, but also improves the economic benefits of enterprises. After testing, the expected goal has been achieved.
