基于信创环境下省域一体化协同办公平台设计与实现

摘　　要：为解决省域内政府部门跨部门协同和移动办公问题,推动政务信息化安全可靠应用,确保协同办公信息化建设和应用全流程安全可靠,在信息技术创新发展背景下,本文设计并实现了在信创基础软硬件环境下的省域一体化协同办公平台。该平台包括操作系统、数据库、中间件、终端、流式软件以及版式软件等,不仅满足操作层、管理层、决策层的业务需求,而且能提高协同办公平台的流程安全可靠。In order to solve the problem of inter-departmental collaboration and mobile office in provincial government departments, promote the safe and reliable application of government informatization, and ensure the safety and reliability of the whole process of collaborative office informatization construction and application, in the context of information technology innovation and development, this paper designs and implements a provincial integrated collaborative office platform under Cintron■s basic software and hardware environment. The platform includes operating system, database, middleware, terminal, streaming software and edition software, etc. It not only meets the business needs of operation level, management level and decision-making level, but also improves the process safety and reliability of the collaborative office platform.
