摘 要:针对嵌入式产品设计中需要在电路板上测量供电电源的电压、电流和功率的问题,以树莓派Raspberry Pi Zero核心为主控制器,设计利用零漂移双向功率监测计INA219芯片,采用测量0.1Ω分流电阻两端分流电压的方式,通过集成电路总线(Inter-IntegratedCircuit,I2C)总线接口设计和驱动控制,配置芯片的采样参数数值,实现电源电压和电流的数据采集,并通过内置乘法器的计算,获得板载电源功率的实时数值。Aiming at the problem of measuring the voltage,current and power of the power supply on the circuit board in the embedded product design,the Raspberry Pi Zero core is used as the main controller,the zero drift bidirectional power monitor INA219 chip is designed and used to measure the shunt voltage at both ends of the 0.1Ωshunt resistor,and the sampling parameter values of the chip are configured through the Inter-Integrated Circuit(I2C)bus interface design and drive control,realize the data acquisition of power supply voltage and current,and obtain the real-time value of on-board power through the calculation of built-in multiplier.
