摘  要:针对某公司插件机的插件精度和速度难以满足工作要求的问题,设计了一种轻量化横梁结构,并且对其横梁的动态特性进行了研究。首先,根据拓扑优化的结果对横梁的内部结构进行了优化设计,并通过3种结构的仿真数据对比建立了刚度特性较好的横梁模型;然后,对横梁箱体系统进行了模态分析,得到了横梁的前六阶固有振型,并且分析了不同箱体尺寸对系统固有频率的影响;最后,基于模态分析的结果和载荷特性对横梁进行了瞬态动力学分析,计算出了横梁在运动过程中的最大变形量,并且通过传感器测试验证了仿真结果。研究结果表明:横梁箱体系统与机床不会产生共振,系统的薄弱部分为插件头组件,减小插件头组件的整体厚度可以有效提升系统的固有频率;横梁在插件过程中的瞬态仿真结果最大形变量为0.032 mm,出现在减速阶段,传感器的测试结果为0.035 mm,两者相比误差较小,满足插件机的工作要求。In view of the problem that the plug-in accuracy and speed of the plug-in machine of a company were difficult to meet the work requirements,a lightweight beam structure was designed,and the dynamic characteristics of the beam were studied.Firstly,according to the results of topology optimization,the internal structure of the beam was optimized and designed,and the beam model with good stiffness characteristics was established by comparing the simulation data of the three structures.Then,the mode analysis of the beam-box system was performed,the first six order intrinsic mode shapes of the beam were obtained,and the influence of different cabinet sizes on the natural frequency of the system was analyzed.Finally,based on the results of the modal analysis and the load characteristics,the transient dynamic analysis of the beam was performed,the maximum deformation of the beam during the motion was calculated,and the simulation results were verified by sensor test.The research results show that the beam-box system and the machine tool do not resonate,the weak part of the system is the plug-in head assembly,and reducing the overall thickness of the plug-in head assembly can effectively increase the natural frequency of the system.The maximum deformation of the beam during the plug-in process is 0.032 mm,which appears in the deceleration stage,and the test result of the sensor is 0.035 mm.Compare the two data,the error is small,which can meet the working requirements of the plug-in machine.
