摘  要:针对折叠电动三轮车在折叠后所占空间较大、质量较重的问题,对折叠电动三轮车的折叠机构及材质等问题进行了研究。首先,设计了一款便携式可折叠的电动三轮车,采用“X”型结构设计了该车主要折叠机构,主要采用铝合金材质作为车身材料;然后,对整车进行了操纵稳定性分析,理论计算了转弯半径和极限侧向加速度,并运用ADMAS对折叠机构进行了运动仿真分析,运用HYPERMESH对其进行了3种工况的整车强度仿真分析;最后,根据设计进行了样车制作,并对其进行了折叠试验和强度试验。研究结果表明:该车的最小转弯半径为800 mm,极限侧向加速度为0.3 g,折叠机构运动平稳无卡死现象,符合人机工程学的设计要求,车架在3种工况下的最大应力为55.26 MPa,满足强度设计要求,达到了小型化、轻量化、便携化的设计目标。Aiming at the problem that folding electric tricycle occupied larger space and heavier weight after being folded,the problems of folding mechanism and material of folding electric tricycle were studied.Firstly,a portable folding electric tricycle was designed,the main folding part of the folding electric tricycle was designed by“X”structure,and the mainly body material was made by aluminum alloy.Then,the handling stability of the vehicle was analyzed,the turning radius and ultimate lateral acceleration of the vehicle were calculated theoretically,kinematic analysis of folding mechanism was carried out by ADMAS,and the strength of the whole vehicle under three working conditions were analyzed by HYPERMESH.Finally,according to the design,the prototype was made,and the folding and practical manned test of folding electric tricycle were carried out.The results indicate that,the turning radius of the folding electric tricycle is 800 mm,the ultimate lateral acceleration is 0.3 g,the folding mechanism moves smoothly without jamming,the ideal ergonomic design is adopted in this unit,the maximum stress of the frame is 55.26 MPa under the three working conditions,the design of the folding electric tricycle can meet the strength requirements,and the design goal of miniaturization,lightness and portability is realized.
