摘 要:为研究腹板开孔形状对H型钢防屈曲支撑滞回以及耗能性能的影响,通过ABAQUS有限元分析软件对开孔个数和宽度均相等的5种不同腹板开孔形式试件,在屈服力和屈服段长度相同、试件开孔段最小截面一致情况下进行低周反复加载,根据有限元分析结果得到各试件的滞回曲线、应力分布图、以及累计塑性应变图。结果表明:两端圆弧中间直线开孔方式的H型钢防屈曲支撑耗能系数高,耗能能力好;应力分布相对其他开孔方式防屈曲支撑更为均匀,减缓了开孔段的应力集中;屈服段累计塑性应变小于其他开孔方式,有利于延长H型钢防屈曲支撑的使用寿命。建议工程中采用两端圆弧中间直线为H型钢防屈曲支撑的开孔方式。To study the influence of web opening shape on the hysteresis and energy dissipation performance of H-beam buckling restrained brace,through ABAQUS finite element analysis software,five different web opening shapes with the same length and width of openings are loaded repeatedly under the condition that the yield force and yield section length are the same and the minimum section of the opening section of the sample is the same.According to the finite element results,the hysteretic curve,stress distribution diagram and cumulative plastic strain diagram of each sample are obtained.The results show that the energy dissipation coefficient and energy dissipation capacity of H-section buckling restrained brace with circular arc at both ends and straight line opening in the middle are high;that the stress distribution is more uniform than that of buckling restrained brace with other openings,which reduces the stress concentration in the opening section;and that the cumulative plastic strain of the yield section is less than that of other openings,which is conducive to extending the service life of the H-beam buckling restrained brace.It is suggested that in the project,we should adopt the opening mode of H-beam buckling restrained brace with circular arc at both ends and straight line in the middle.
