摘　　要：介绍了绝缘管型母线的结构和特点,绝缘管型母线载流量大、绝缘性能强、耐腐蚀,散热性能突出、损耗低,机械强度高,使用寿命长,结构简单、安装方便。绝缘管型母线在国外某大型水泥生产线投运三年以来,配电系统实际运行电压14.5k V,满负荷运行电流2 700~3 100A,未出现过故障,系统运行安全稳定可靠。It introduces structure and characteristics of the insulated tubular busbar. The insulated tubular busbar has large current carrying capacity, strong insulation performance, corrosion resistance, outstanding heat dissipation, low loss, high mechanical strength, long service life, simple structure and easy installation. Since the insulated tubular busbar was put into operation in a large cement production line abroad for three years, the actual operating voltage of the power distribution system was 14.5k V, and the full load operating current was about 2 700~3 100A. the tubular busbar system has operated safely, stably and reliably without any fault so far.
