摘  要:为加快推进青钱柳良种选育研究工作,本文以分别收集至江西省九江市和赣州市的15个青钱柳地理种源为研究对象,对其树冠不同部位叶片中总黄酮及粗多糖含量进行检测,并以此计算各种源的改良潜力。结果表明:采集部位不同,青钱柳叶片中的总黄酮含量差异显著,其中以树冠中上部叶片中总黄酮含量最高。15个供试种源叶片中总黄酮平均含量为20.36 mg·g^(-1),其中8个种源叶片中总黄酮含量高于均值,占比53.33%,其中江西省5个、湖南省2个、湖北省1个。15个种源中,以2号种源(万年)叶片中总黄酮含量最高,达到22.04 mg·g^(-1),较均值高8.25%,较含量最低的8号种源(韶关)高17.74%。15个地理种源叶片中粗多糖平均含量为21.44 mg·g^(-1),其中2号种源(万年)叶片中粗多糖含量最高,达到23.83 mg·g^(-1);其次为4号种源(奉新),为23.37 mg·g^(-1);随后为1号种源(修水),为22.95 mg·g^(-1);分别较均值高出11.15%、9.00%、7.04%。通过计算各种源总黄酮、粗多糖的改良潜力,结果表明10号种源(张家界)总黄酮含量指标的改良潜力达到13.65%,高出均值66.67%;2号种源(万年)粗多糖含量指标的改良潜力高达21.43%,较均值高出210.13%。以总黄酮及粗多糖含量、改良潜力进行单指标青钱柳药用优株评选,共有67株优株入选,入选率为44.7%,其中高黄酮含量优株38株、高多糖含量优株29株。In order to accelerate the breed research of Cyclocarya paliurus, this paper tested the total flavonoids and crude polysaccharide from 15 provenances which had been collected in Jiujiang and Ganzhou City and calculated the improvement potential. The results indicated that the content of total flavonoids exist a significant difference in the leaves which from the different parts of the canopy among the different prvenaneces with the highest contents in the upper leaves of the tree canopy. The average content of total flavonoids in all was 20.36 mg·g^(-1), 8 provenaces had higher average content, accounting for 53.33%,including 5 from Jiangxi, 2 from Hu′nan and 1 from Hubei. Among the all provenaces, 2# provenance(Wannian) had the highest total flavonoids, the content was 22.04 mg·g^(-1), 8.25% higher than the mean, and 17.74% higher than the lowest content of 8#provenance(Shaoguan). In addition, the average content of crude polysaccharide in the all was 21.44 mg·g^(-1), and 2# provenance had the highest content, reached at 23.83 mg·g^(-1), followed by 4#(Fengxin) was 23.37 mg·g^(-1), the third was 1#(Xiushui) reached at22.95 mg·g^(-1). They were 11.15%, 9.00% and 7.04% higher than the mean, respectively. The 10#(Zhangjiajie) of improvement potential was 13.65% of total flavonoids, 66.67% higher than the mean. The improvement potential with crude polysaccharide of 2#reached 21.43%, 210.13% higher than the mean. With total flavonoids and crude polysaccharide content and improvement potential, 67 excellent strains were selected at 44.7%, including 38 strains with high flavonoids content and 29 strains with high polysaccharide content.
