摘 要:选用4个不同采种地的青冈种子开展育苗试验,对苗高、地径进行连续7个月测量,比较生长性状和生物量性状差异,并利用Logistic方程拟合苗高和地径的生长过程,划分苗木生长阶段。结果表明,不同采种地青冈的苗高、地径、根生物量的差异极显著(P<0.01),叶宽、总生物量差异显著(P<0.05)。苗高在4-5月生长缓慢,6-9月生长较快,之后生长趋于缓慢,呈“S”型,即表现为“慢-快-慢”的生长过程。地径的生长也呈“S”型,但地径生长持续时间比苗高长,可持续至11月。苗高8月生长量最大,地径9月生长量最大。各采种地青冈苗高、地径拟合的Logistic方程均达极显著水平,可用来对其苗高和地径的生长进行分析和预测。苗高和地径的生长阶段均可划分为3个时期:生长前期,速生期和生长后期。苗高、地径速生期分别为79~108 d和118~145 d,后者平均比前者长34 d,两者速生期生长量占总生长量的比率均在58%以上。苗高与地径、茎生物量、总生物量相关性极显著,与主根长、根生物量相关性显著;地径与主根长相关性极显著,与根生物量与总生物量相关性显著。婺源地区的苗高、地径、总生物量最大,速生期开始早、持续时间长。7、8月是青冈生长的关键期,在此期间应加强肥水管理,以促进其快速生长。The differences of seedling traits and growth rhythms of Cyclobalanopsis glauca from different producing regions were analyzed in order to provide basis for high-yield cultivation of C. glauca. A seedling cultivation trial was conducted for C. glauca by using the seedlings collected from four producing regions. Seedling growth was observed continuously for seven months. Growth traits and biomass traits were measured and comapred. Growth processes of seedling height and ground diameter were also simulated with Logistic function, and seedling growth stages were divided. The analysis of variance showed that four producing regions had extremely significant differences in seedling height, ground dameter and root biomass, and significant differences in leaf width and total biomass. According to growth curve from each population, the seedling height growed slowly from April to May and fast from June to September, followed with another slow growth period. The "slow-fast-slow" growth process showed "S" type rhythm. The growth of the ground diameter also showed as "S" type, whereas the beginning time of rapid growth period was generally earlier than that of height growth, and the duration of rapid growth was generally longer by continuing until November.The maximum monthly growth of seedling height occurred in August, and that of ground diameter was in September. Logistic equations of seedling height and ground dameter reached an extremely significant level, so they can be used to analyze and forecast the growth of them. The growth stages of seedling height and ground dameter were both divided into 3 periods: early growth period, the fast-growing period and late growth period. The fast-growing periods of ground dameter and seedling height ranged from 79~108 d and 118~145 d, respectively, and the fast-growing periods of ground dameter was in average 34 d longer than that of seedling height.
