摘  要:为创制枫香新种质,本文以中国枫香为父本、北美枫香为母本,通过体胚发生技术成功创制杂交新种质14份,获得体胚苗384株,并比较分析了不同生根培养基对体胚生根的诱导效果,同时通过连续2年观测杂交新种质体胚苗的生长表现,初步筛选出生长表现效果较为优良的新种质和单株。研究结果显示:M3生根培养基对体胚的诱导生根效果最好,平均生根率达到72.48%。不同杂交种质体胚苗的苗高、地径均表现出较大的差异。初步筛选出优良杂交新种质4份,其苗高年均生长增幅高于亲本20%以上、地径年均生长增幅高于亲本10%以上,在此基础上评选出优良单株37株,其平均苗高达到183.17 cm、平均地径为28.37 mm。To create new maple germplasm, this paper with Liquidambar formosana as the father, Liquidambar styraciflua as the mother, through embryogenesis technology successfully created hybrid new germplasm 14, obtained body germ 384strains, and compare the induction effect of different root media, at the same time through two consecutive years of observation of the hybrid new germplasm body germ growth performance, preliminary screening growth effect of the new germplasm and single strain. The results showed that M3rooting medium had the best induced rooting effect on somatic embryos, with an average rooting rate of 72.48%. The seedling height and ground diameter of different hybrid plasma embryos showed great differences. Four new excellent hybrid germplasm were preliminarily selected, and the average annual growth rate was more than 20% higher than that of the parent, and the average annual growth rate was more than 10% higher than that of the parent. On this basis, 37 excellent single strains were selected, with an average seedling height of 183.17 cm and an average ground diameter of 28.37 mm.
