摘 要:为筛选出闪式提取法提取油茶果壳中单宁的最优工艺条件,以及确认不同品系油茶果壳中单宁含量是否存在差异性。此研究采用单因素和正交试验对闪式提取法提取油茶果壳中单宁的工艺条件进行比较选优,并运用数理统计对不同品系油茶果壳中单宁含量的差异进行分析。得出结果,闪式提取法提取油茶果壳中单宁的最优工艺条件是提取时间为3 min,乙醇体积分数为60%,料液比1∶10时,单宁提取效果最佳,其含量为0.039 mg·g^(-1);不同品系油茶果壳中单宁含量差异不显著。该结果可为后续纯化单宁等相关研究以及实际生产提供参考。In order to determine the optimal technological conditions of Camellia oleifera shell tannin and the differences of tannin content in different strains of C.oleifera shell tannin,the technological conditions of flash extraction were optimized by single factor and orthogonal test,and the differences of tannin in the shell of C.oleifera from different strains were analyzed by mathematical statistics.When the extraction time was 3 minutes,the volume fraction of ethanol was 60%,and the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶10,the tannin extraction effect was the best,and its content was 0.039 mg·g-1,which was the optimal technological condition for the flash extraction of tannin from C.oleifera shell.The tannin content of C.oleifera shell of different strains did not differ significantly.This result can provide reference for the follow-up research and actual production of purified tannin.
