旅游型海岛发展都市农业的探析--以湛江特呈岛为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着乡村振兴和美丽乡村建设政策的进一步推进与落实,都市农业的应用范围也随之扩大,针对新时代城市发展衍生的新矛盾,都市农业如何转型发展,成为迫切需要解决的问题。旅游海岛作为滨海城市的重要组成部分,是地区经济的重要增长极和城市形象名片,都市农业在旅游海岛的发展过程中成为一种新业态,发挥不可或缺的重要作用。因此本文重点关注旅游海岛这一特殊、典型地域的都市农业发展,运用扎根理论分析法,分别通过实地考察、文献研究、访谈问卷调查和网络文本分析等方法科学剖析特呈岛发展都市农业的驱动力和发展三要素——发展趋势、发展方向、发展方式。并依据上述研究结论对特呈岛做出发展都市农业的规划探索,充分挖掘“海与陆、渔与农”的多层次关系,提出了“一、二、三产业”融合发展的都市农业策略,为新时期旅游型海岛发展都市农业新形式提供了行之有效的参考。In recent years,with the further promotion and implementation of rural revitalization and beautiful countryside policies,the application scope of urban agriculture had also expanded.In view of the new contradictions derived from urban development in the new era,how to transform and develop urban agriculture had become an urgent problem to be solved.As an important part of coastal city,tourist island is an important growth pole of regional economy and the name card of city image.Urban agriculture could be a new business form and play an indispensable role in the development of tourist islands.Therefore,this paper focuses on urban agriculture development in tourism island,a special and typical region,and uses the grounded theory analysis method to scientifically analyze the driving force and three elements of urban agriculture development in Techeng Island-development trend,development direction and development mode through field investigation,literature research,interview and questionnaire survey and network text analysis.Based on the conclusions obtained through research introduced above,this paper tried to make plan for urban agriculture development on Techeng Island,fully clarify the multi-level relationship between“sea and land,fishing and agriculture”,and puts forward the urban agriculture strategy of integrated development of“primary,secondary and tertiary industries”,so as to provide an effective reference for new mode of urban agriculture development in tourist islands in the new era.
