贵港市稻虾综合种养发展对策研究

摘　　要：稻虾综合种养是近些年快速发展的稻田综合种养模式。稻虾综合种养立足于绿色可持续发展、充分利用稻田资源,是适应我国农村新时代发展要求的新型种养模式,对推动我国农村转变生产方式、深化农村供给侧结构改革具有重大的意义。本文简要阐述了贵港发展稻虾综合种养的背景和意义,分析了贵港稻虾综合种养的现状,指出目前贵港稻虾综合种养普遍存在的政策和科技水平不足、相关产业建设程度滞后、品牌建设不完善等问题,并针对性地提出了强化政策支撑和专业技术建设、推进产业体系结构改革、推动特色化稻虾品牌建设和质量保障等发展对策,以期为贵港稻虾综合种养又好又快发展提供一定的参考。Rice-shrimp culture is a model of rapid development in recent years.Based on green and sustainable development,the model makes the best use of rice paddy resources,which is a new breeding model to meet the development requirements of the new era in Chinese rural areas.It is of great significance to promote the transformation of production methods in Chinese rural areas and deepen the reform of rural supply-side structure.This paper briefly elaborates the background and significance of the development of rice-shrimp integrated culture in Guigang,analyzes the current situation of rice-shrimp culture in Guigang and point out common problems of the model in Guigang such as lack of political and technological support,sluggish industry foundation and to-be-improved brand building.To provide reference for sound and rapid development of rice-shrimp integrated culture in Guigang,this paper also proposes targeted improvement measures:strengthen policy support and professional technology support,enhance industrial system structure reform,promote local rice-shrimp brand and guarantee production quality.
