摘  要:以科研导向为核心,研究生导师与学生形成了导学共同体。导师作为研究生学术的第一负责人,理应承担学生的学术责任。然而由于某些导师教师信念的欠缺、高校导师指导评价方式的缺失、相关政策的失位使得导师学术失责现象频繁发生,对研究生学术生涯与价值观、教师职业神圣形象与声誉地位、大学基本功能发挥乃至教育事业都造成了不同程度的影响。从教育生态环境出发,建立各系统培养导师责任担当机制。同时,坚持稳定、协调、同步原则,形成导师责任意识培养的统一氛围。With scientific research orientation as the core,graduate tutors and students form a learning guidance community.As the first person in charge of postgraduate studies,tutors should bear the academic responsibility for students.However,due to the lack of tutors’beliefs,the lack of guidance and evaluation methods of college tutors and the loss of relevant policies,the phenomenon of academic default of graduate tutors occurs frequently.It has had an indelible bad impact on graduates'academic career and values,teachers'sacred image and reputation,the basic functions of universities and even education.Starting from the ecological environment,a mechanism should be established for each system element to cultivate the responsibility of tutors.At the same time,a unified atmosphere for the cultivation of mentor's sense of responsibility should be formed by adhering to the principles of stability,coordination and synchronization.
