摘 要:为提高采用低硫高炉铁水生产超低硫钢的脱硫效率,降低生产成本,从KR脱硫热力学和动力学原理出发分析了低硫高炉铁水脱硫相关影响因素,并通过对某厂KR脱硫实际生产数据分析,总结出关键生产参数。分析结果表明:铁水初始硫含量每增高0.01%,脱硫剂平均消耗量约增加2.1 kg/t铁水,每脱除0.001%的硫,脱硫剂平均消耗量约降低0.08 kg/t铁水;铁水初始硫含量为0.024%时,铁水硅含量增加50%,吨铁水脱硫剂消耗约增加9.4%,脱硫结束铁水硅的损耗约增加一倍;高炉铁水温度高有利于降低脱硫剂消耗,铁水温度每增加50℃,脱硫剂消耗平均约降低0.17 kg/t铁水;KR搅拌法脱硫的铁水温降随着脱硫率的增加而增大,脱硫率每增加1%,温降增加约3℃;有前扒渣操作相比无前扒渣操作,铁水的温降增加约4℃。In order to improve the desulphurization efficiency and reduce the production cost of low sulfur hot metal in the production of ultra⁃low sulfur steel,the factors related to desulphurization of low sulfur hot metal are analyzed from the principle of KR desulphurization thermody⁃namics and kinetics,and summarizes the key production parameters by analyzing the actual production data of KR desulphurization in a plant.The analysis results show that when the initial sulfur content of hot metal increases by 0.01%,the average consumption of desulfurizer increa⁃ses by about 2.1 kg/t hot metal,and when 0.001%sulfur is removed,the average consumption of desulfurizer decreases by about 0.08 kg/t molten iron;when the initial sulfur content is 0.024%,the silicon content of hot metal increases by 50%,the consumption of desulfurizer per ton of hot metal increases by about 9.4%,and the silicon loss of hot metal increases by about twice after desulfurization;the high temper⁃ature of hot metal is conducive to reducing the consumption of desulfurizer.The average consumption of desulfurizer is reduced by about 0.17 kg/t hot metal every 50℃increase in hot metal temperature;the hot metal temperature drop of KR stirring desulfurization increases with the increase of desulfurization rate,and the temperature drop increases about 3℃with the increase of desulphurization rate by 1%;the tempera⁃ture drop of molten iron increases by~4℃in the front skimming operation compared with the operation without front skimming.
