摘 要:混凝土是桥梁界应用最广泛的一种材料,但由于外界温度、约束等导致的混凝土早期温度裂缝也成为桥梁工程中最普遍的一种危害,严重威胁桥梁耐久性。依托实际工程采用有限元软件建立其箱梁的有限元模型,分别分析了箱梁在内外温差为10、20、30℃时的应力、应变分布规律。研究结果表明,早期温度引起的箱梁应力应变主要为拉应力、拉应变,二者随温差的增大而增大,局部较大拉应力、拉应变会导致裂缝的产生。最后根据分析结果,提出了混凝土箱梁早期温度裂缝控制建议。Concrete is the most widely used material in bridge industry,but the early temperature crack of concrete caused by external tempera⁃ture and constraints has also become the most common disease in bridge engineering,which seriously threatens the durability of bridge.The actual project is relied to established the finite element model of the box girder by using the finite element software,and the stress and strain distributions of box girder are analyzed when the temperature difference between inside and outside is 10,20 and 30℃respectively.The results show that the stress and strain of box girder caused by early temperature are mainly tensile stress and tensile strain,which increase with the increase of temperature difference.Local large tensile stress and strain will lead to cracks.Finally,according to the analysis results,some suggestions on the early temperature crack control of concrete box girder are put forward.
