摘  要:随着水电工程施工技术进步,振冲桩工程在深度、直径、施工工艺等方面超出了现行水电工程预算定额的范畴,增大了成本控制的难度。采用现场工效测定和成本分析的方法,对硬梁包水电站深厚覆盖层振冲桩空气潜孔锤引孔、反滤包制作、振冲桩施工等工序进行测定,分析确定施工工效水平,并计算振冲桩施工综合成本。分析成果期望为解决有关合同变更问题提供依据,同时也为类似项目提供一定参考。With the progress of hydropower engineering construction,the vibroflotation pile project exceeds the current budget quota of hydropower engineering in terms of depth,diameter and construction method,which increases the difficulty of construction cost control.In this paper,the methods of on-site work efficiency measurement and cost analysis are used to measure the processes of vibroflotation pile air DTH hammer leading hole,inverted filter bag making and vibroflotation pile construction in the deep overburden of Yingliangbao hydropower station,analyze the actual work efficiency level,and calculate the comprehensive cost of vibroflotation pile construction.The analysis results provide a basis for solving the problems related to contract change,and also provide a certain reference for similar projects.
