摘　　要：DB模式有利于发挥工程总承包商在建设过程中的积极作用,但同时也对承包商的风险管理能力提出更高要求。对DB模式的风险进行梳理,以承建商的角度深入分析DB模式的风险特征,制定DB模式风险管理的工作流程。以某学校项目为研究对象,分析项目的风险控制流程,论证风险控制流程的针对性和有效性。DB mode is conducive to giving full play to the positive role of the general contractor in the construction process,but it also puts forward higher requirements for the contractor ’s risk management ability.Sort out the risks of DB mode,deeply analyze the risk characteristics of DB mode from the perspective of contractors,and formulate the workflow of DB mode risk management.Take a school project as the research object,analyze the risk control process of the project,and demonstrate the pertinence and effectiveness of the risk control process.
