摘　　要：无论在国际大环境,还是国内发展的当下,保函,尤其是见索即付的银行保函,正逐步成为工程活动等领域中的普遍担保方式。从银行保函的产生出发,介绍见索即付银行保函的特点和适用情境,并着重于对见索即付银行保函的注意事项进行概述,同时辅以部分案例进行剖析,以助于保函出具中的相关方能够对银行保函应用增加认知,引导更深入的理解,进而促进自身发展。Whether for international background,or for domestic background,guarantee,especially for ondemand bank guarantee,is becoming the widespread guarantee type in the field of construction project.In this paper,starting from the appearance of bank guarantee,its features and its applicable situations are introduced,and its related concerned matters regarding on-demand bank guarantee are emphasized.Meanwhile,some cases are inserted and analyzed,to enhance the acknowledge regarding bank guarantee,lead to a deeper understanding,and facilitate the development for every party.
