摘　　要：随着国家大力推行工程总承包模式,越来越多的项目由传统模式转为工程总承包模式,但工程总承包模式的运用在一定程度上制约着项目信息沟通的有效性,从而对项目成败造成影响。在阐述IPD模式和集成沟通优势的基础上,针对目前工程总承包项目在不同阶段存在的信息沟通障碍,运用IPD模式的SPE类型改进工程总承包沟通效果的内外部沟通机制。With the national vigorously promoting the general contracting mode,more and more projects are shifted from the traditional mode to the general contracting mode,but the use of the general contracting mode restricts the effectiveness of project information communication to a certain extent,thus affecting the project success or failure.On the basis of elaborating the advantages of IPD mode and integrated communication,the internal and external communication mechanism for improving the communication effectiveness of general contracting is improved by applying the SPE type of IPD mode for the information communication barriers existing in different stages of current general contracting projects.
