摘　　要：结合寒冷地区工业企业室外管网直埋敷设方式存在的困难,对比分析工业企业室外管网三种敷设方式的特点,有针对性的对直埋敷设方式和地沟敷设方式进行技术经济分析,并利用SL露天矿运营数据对室外管网全寿命周期经济性进行分析,得出直埋敷设方式和地沟敷设方式年度经济性曲线。同时,为了更方便室外管网敷设方式的选用,基于不同管材和不同埋深对直埋敷设方式和地沟敷设方式进行全寿命周期经济性分析,进而直观展示管网敷设方式与埋深的经济关系,为广大企业在室外管网敷设方式选型时提供可靠参考。Combined with the difficulties existing in the direct buried laying mode of outdoor pipe network of industrial enterprises in cold regions,the characteristics of the three laying modes of outdoor pipe network of industrial enterprises are compared and analyzed,and the technical and economic analysis of the direct buried laying mode and the trench laying mode is carried out,and the life cycle economy of the outdoor pipe network is analyzed by using the operation data of SL open pit mine,and the annual economic curves of the direct buried laying mode and the trench laying mode are obtained.At the same time,in order to facilitate the selection of outdoor pipe network laying mode,the life-cycle economic analysis of direct buried laying mode and trench laying mode is carried out based on different pipes and different burial depths,so as to visually show the economic relationship between pipe network laying mode and burial depth,and provide a reliable reference for enterprises in the selection of outdoor pipe network laying mode.
