摘  要:以基于BIM的装配式建筑为研究对象,对比其他建造类型,进行节能减排分析,建立全生命周期评价矩阵,评价各建造类型各阶段节能减排效益。结果表明,基于BIM+装配式建筑在节材、节水、节电、节地、污染排放方面均有突出优势;BIM技术实现了模型的可视化、过程的可模拟、各专业的协调优化,在结构深化设计、管线碰撞、装配模拟方面起重要作用;全生命周期中施工阶段的能耗排污最多,应重点管控以实现节能减排效益的优化。BIM technology-based prefabricated building is used as the research object to compare other construction types,conduct energy saving and emission reduction analysis,and establish a comprehensive evaluation matrix based on life cycle theory to evaluate the energy saving and emission reduction effect of each construction type at all stages.The results show that BIM technology-based assembled buildings have outstanding advantages in material saving,water saving,electricity saving,land saving,and pollution emission;BIM technology realizes visualization of models,simulation of processes,and coordination and optimization of various professions,and plays an important role in structural deepening design,pipeline collision,and assembly simulation;the energy consumption and emission in the construction phase of the whole life cycle is the most,and should be focused on control to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
