摘　　要：在对不可移动文物林祥谦烈士就义处保护修复工程中,应用BIM技术,对建筑修复原始资料进行完善与存储,通过残损现状表达、工程量统计、工艺模拟等数字化技术的实践,拓宽高新技术在历史建筑领域应用。此实践利用BIM技术在模型表达及工艺模拟方面的优势,总结同类项目经验并设定参考阈值,期望对BIM技术在历史建筑中量价统计的精确应用起到促进作用。In the protection and restoration project of martyr Lin Xiangqian’s immovable cultural relic,BIM technology is applied to improve and store the original data of building restoration.Through the practice of digital technology such as the expression of damage status,engineering quantity statistics and process simulation,the application of high-tech in the field of historical buildings is broadened.This practice makes use of the advantages of BIM technology in model expression and process simulation,summarizes the experience of similar projects and sets the reference threshold,which plays a role in promoting the accurate application of BIM technology in the quantitative and price statistics of historical buildings.
