摘 要:养老地产作为房地产领域与大健康领域的交汇部分,能够有效拉动内需。养老地产行业相较于房地产行业发展较为缓慢,养老地产要加速发展,拉动内需并扩大企业规模,融资效率的作用就显得尤为重要。通过梳理养老地产融资存在的主要问题,从提高资金管理水平、重视经营与创新意识、建立主位研究体系提升认可度等多方面提出对策和建议。As the intersection of the real estate field and the big health field,pension real estate is the most favorable for stimulating domestic demand.Compared with the real estate industry,the development of pension real estate industry is relatively slow.In order to accelerate the development of pension real estate,stimulate domestic demand and expand the scale of enterprises,the role of financing efficiency is particularly important.By combing the main problems existing in pension real estate financing,this paper puts forward countermeasure s and suggestions from many aspects,such as improving people’s recognition,improving fund management level,paying attention to operation and innovation consciousness.
